The Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI)
The CAI is a test designed by the Credit Services Association who one of the major trade bodies in our sector. They have designed this test to help companies and our staff to demonstrate that they are competent and capable and understand what is expected of them in our ever-regulated environment.
YOU WILL NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED PROBATION
The test represents the final stage of your formal initial development at C&L and will demonstrate that you are at an appropriate stage to begin developing a level of autonomy in your work. The test is certainly not easy and you will need to read up in anticipation of your sitting.
Most people will not feel confident enough to proceed immediately so we would ask that you contact your direct line manager who will be able to provide you with further guidance and login details.
